Hey Matt,

I've got my "day release" sorted for Sat so can meet you for a game around 2.00ish. How many points, and do you fancy doing a Maelstrom mission - I find they're a lot of fun, and they make the games less static and with plenty of opportunities throughout to win.

Still learning the rules myself but we can take it nice and easy at least.

Hey Seb,

Timing wise, I can be flexible and we can play earlier or later, depending on what's easiest for you.

Happy with a Maelstrom mission. As for points, anything up to 1850pt, what works best for you?

Definately up for taking it nice and easy (no innuendo intended!)

I'm pretty flexible too for Sat it seems. Happy to meet around 2.00 and then take our time (good for you?). I'm fairly familiar with 7th rules but still have to refer to the BRB for various things. It's similar to 6th but some things have changed and some things deleted altogether.

1850pts sounds cool and I'll bring the Angels of Death as usual. You?
"Sanguinius. It should have been him. He has the vision and strength to take us to victory, and wisdom to rule once victory is won. For all his aloof coolness, he alone has the Emperor's soul in his blood. Each of us carries part of our father - Sanguinius holds it all." Horus

2pm and taking our time sounds good for me. I've not played in a year so I'll be checking the books a hell of a lot.

I'll bring the bugs - the new releases have rekindled my love in them. If DS come through for me I may even have a copy of Shield of Baal we can drool over too!

Ok So I'm available to add pretty much as much VC to an end times game as you like (up to about 10 or 11k) from 3pmish on saturday.  Would quite fancy siding with someone who has Nagash and spoke briefly to Pip about it so happy to honor that arrangement if he is playing end times.

I've got mine on order too, but I think this first part only mentions BAs in passing, so it will be only you doing the drooling for the most part. I'll bring a bib :wink;m::

Did you pick up any of the new kits yet (Drop Spore Sneeze Booger etc)? Your Nids certainly got much love recently.

Bought two of the pods (one built so far), I think that kit will transform the way Nids play for the better. Stunning asthetic too - its a lovely kit although takes ages to build with all the spines and tentacles.

Not bought anything else yet - the big bugs didn't impress me as much and I'm sorted for Zoanthropes and Venomthropes with the old kits. I'll probs wait now and see what Santa brings.

On a side note I also got a copy of the updated Anthelion project in Sept for my birthday, so much potential for fun there if you like your 40k with a pinch of Jurassic Park or Aliens.

Well, with Giles' kind offer, if we're going to do this End Times thing we should probably write lists and that.

Who's in for what side? Nagash vs. Glottkin? Looks like we've got G & Sam with Chaos, Giles and Stevo with Undead, and me with my lonely Nagash figure.

Idiotproof Dalek

If that leaves anyone requiring Quest, I'm still happy to run it, if not then I can always wash the ceiling at home *groan*

I'm not down to do the Endtimes games so will happily play you at something to save you from the evil ceiling. If not quest I can bring a fantasy army with me.

I'll need to leave at around 4 this Saturday so if you guys (Mike and Dan) want to do WFB instead that's fine by me and I can either skip it or join anyone who wants to do other board games. We can find out what others are doing and decide tonight.
