Are you looking for this to be aggro, burn or more midrangy? Seems like it is trying to do too many things. Perhaps keep Thassa on the SB for matchups against more aggressive decks. You have so many scry options, Thassa seems slightly redundant. Then Thassa helps you against quicker decks and Keranos inevitability against control. Maybe bring in a combination of  firedrinker saytrs and dissolves.

Looks like a fun deck. Looking to move my Spellheart Chimera deck more in this direction.

Thassa is the best card in the deck without a doubt

I always forget she is just a 3 drop. Forget what I said you are probably right. Do you make her a creature a lot? Have you used this yet?

I was thinking bringing her down to 2 and keranos to 3 but iv been testing and people are super scared of her so they use their silence the believers and banishing light early, cos she generally Starts hitting on turn 5 (hopefully starfish into thassa into bidet into sphinx), she also functionally turns flame speaker adept into a 4/3 first strike, and makes his alpha strike unblockable.

It's neither and aggro nor a burn deck, it's kindof a combo deck in that without the right cards it doesn't do well, but in block the format is so slow that it can take advantage of the fact that I have a much better chance of drawing what I need when I need it.

And yes it's trying to do a lot but that's where the deck manipulation comes in, it can shape itself to whatever it's fighting which is a huge advantage in block where the deck types are generally geared towards one thing.  Your advice seems sound and iv tried different things, I have turned the deck into more of a control shell now (added 3 annuls maindeck and 1 searing blood and it's done slightly better against the horrible black white green reanimate deck that was plaguing me.

The advantage the deck has is its super resilient to thoughtseize (the undisputed best card in block) because I can play so well off of the top of my deck which surprises most people who often don't know what to expect. The one card I'm bit sure about is prophetic flame speaker, it has so much potential to be absolutely insane but it can't get past [card]sylvan caryatid[/card] without thassa or aqueous form, so I'm gonna try some builds replacing it with dissolve.

I was thinking maybe adding some temples of malice to splash for thoughtseize but that seems a but ambitious

Thoughtseize doesn't seem particularly great on the splash. I feel it will be stuck in your hand too much but you do have a lot of deck manipulation. So much of it's power comes from being used in the first 2/3 turns.

Guillaume

Thoughtseize turn 1 isn't always good because you don't know what to take, but on turn 4, or 5 u know its the elspeth or the dissolve or the big threat that's going to kill you if you don't. It's probably the most powerful card to splash but maybe iv played too much modern where splashing is really easy and u only need 1 land of that colour

Without any sort of fetching, you would need 4/5 sources to reliably cast it? You do have very good deck manipulation.

Would also give you more scry, assuming you use temples rather than mana confluence.
