First thoughts for next army

So as is traditional I'm halfway through an army and starting to think about the next project. This time Dacian High Elves. That is High Elves mostly using barbarians and Dacian models for a fraction of the price. Go tight fisted me.

First stab at a list that is OG comp legal goes

Lord - Prince dragon armour, steed, barding, 4+ ward, shield, ogre blade   275
         Archmage lv 4 (high) book    275
       
Hero - Noble BSB, BotWD, great weapon, dragon armour  159
          Mage lv 2 (shadow) scroll   145

Core (boo) - 13 Silverhelm Full command, shields 329
                  3 X 5 Reaver bow, muso  3x 95

Special - 23 Swordmaster Full command, razor banner 374
             22 Swordmaster Full command eternal flame  326

Rare - Eagle 50
          4 RBT 4x70

I would like to stick with at least one unit of swordmasters but welcome thoughts on this list

Is 4 Repeater Bolt Throwers a touch of overkill?  I'd be tempted to take a second Eagle instead, but only because I think all Warhammer armies should have gribblies and I doubt I can convince you that dragons are the way forward

I'd love a dragon but all the cannon says no - perhaps 3 rbt and 2 eagles?

Bearing in mind I am a terrible, terrible list builder, I think the second Eagle is a good idea.  With 3 units of Fast Cav and 2 Flyers you should be able to chaff and march block opponents to make sure the Sword Masters get to charge who they want.
