OK fair enough that dude is massive, insanely so. Do you think they will release other guys for End Times shit like a chaosy dude uniting beastmen warriors and beastmen or something similar for the good guys like elves teaming up with other good races etc otherwise this specific ruleset seems a bit defunct

Yeah, there's going to be a series of 'End Times' books. There seems to be strong rumours that ET: Chaos (possibly even just Nurgle) and ET: Elves are going to be a thing, along with some Skaven character models, Nurgle Chosen and God knows what else.

Seems though the fluff is being well and truly George RR Martined. Here's a few of the reports coming out so far:

the lizardmen are the oldest enemy of chaos, born to fight it's rising power. In warhammer : Nagash their greatest mage priest, lord mazdamundi , awakens and beholds the dire portents. He gives a single spoken command that will echo through the ages

Valten is back (he can be fielded either as anonymous blacksmith's son with rags and two hammers, either as the Avatar of Sigmar with his full armor, barded warhorse and Ghal Maraz).
Crom the Conqueror also back.
As predicted, new armylist (basically TK + VC combined).
Nagash literally tore Settra apart.
Arkhan kills Eltharion when he tries to rescue the elf princess.
Thorek dies when he destroys some cave trying to slay Neferata.
Morgana (Fay Enchantress) dies too.
Balthazar Gelt becomes a Necromancer
Vlad is back. He helps Empire against Chaos and also against Walach Harkon (whom he slays).
Karl Franz ends up missing in action.
Luthor Harkon (the vampire pirate, he had his own rules and army in a WD like 10 years ago) joins Nagash in Khemri. Great battle before the city gates. Khalida beats Neferata but Neferata flees.
