There might be some games where your general doesn't have to attend - but when they're fielded, they have to be in charge. Otherwise their subordinates might start getting ideas.

Your general's equipment is fixed - it's what they got off the boat with! If they have a mount, they can choose to leave it behind for a game, but they must fit inside the points limit when mounted.

I set the 250pt cap off the cuff, thinking of the points limit I used to use for arenas of death and wanting to keep the levels of herohammer fairly low... but I didn't think about Skaven and their big wagons. A Plague Priest would be very characterful for a Lustria campaign, and I'd have no objection to seeing a plague furnace now and then - I'll up the cap to 300.

Crompton

I'll jump on this too, however I may struggle to make any of the saturday games.
Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."

Pip

That's fine - if you want to play purely RoR, you can.

Pip

Tom F has sent me his Bret RoR and they are great - buckets of character. Let's see the rest of those lists! Sooner we have these in, the sooner we can start.

Oh yeah! I should read the rules then... No idea what models G has so this could be an issue!!! :D
In the style of Tom Hale... F*ck Ushabti!!!

Pip

As I said, if you want to use your own models for the RoR and Gareth's army for the weekends, it doesn't matter if they're from different books - go for whatever you want.

Is it too late to join in?

Not sure which army to take, is there a list of current armies, that way my choice can ensure variety.

It's never too late!

The only submission I've had so far is Brets. I believe we've probably got some Empire and Dwarfs as well but apart from that the field's wide open.

Cool I'll try and come up with something amusing, or maybe just something, in the next few days.

Excellent. Great to have you on board!

If you're looking for inspiration, there's a High Elf settlement at the southern tip of Lustria called the Fortress of Dawn...

And just as a teaser, here's something I started working on this evening:

When it's finished it'll have all sorts of fancy locations on it that reveal round by round. These won't be used for strategy, but will be a visual aid in selecting scenarios and telling the story of the campaign.
