Typhus would be cool, nothing wrong with him as a Fantasy model.
Also WoC is a very good army to cure rage quit itis, was treated with it myself last year.
Nothing beats a bit of RAaaargh to solve all ills..

Keep it up buddy, wanna see how the warrior smurfs do, new supplement coming soon as well, so you will maybe have some new toys to get before the OG off...

Hmm, supplement, not new book then. Interesting.
Guessing dragon ogres may be getting a redo. They're such a fantastic idea, but ancient and very dated models.

Right, next thing is going to be to see if typhus will fit on a 25mm base. If not he may have to be resigned to becoming a deamon prince... But if these new rumours I've been hearing are true I may need the odd deamon prince model now and again!

figured I do alot of armies very dark, even my high elves were dark.
Saw how the blue and cream had come out on G's deamons and figured I'd give it a go. Plus I recon a warriors army has so few models I can take my time and hilight etc. And I had a crom and archaon on foot lying around, plus the sigvald model (which is currently in the post) is gorgeous!

With a new high elf book i might give it one last go at attempting to rekindle my hobby romance.
Unfortunately the saving of lives is taking precidence a little at the moment, but still I'll give it a go...

New High Elf book, so what am I going to do? that's right, more Rarr!

Having a quick peak through the new book I've come up with some ideas.
I'm still going to stick with the dragon theme, but with a few...modifications.

So It's going to be an all mounted list.
Reaver, silver helms, dragon princes.
plus 2 guys on dragons, a couple of sky cutters, maybe a phoenix (phoenix-dragon...) or 2 and a hero on eagle (minidragon)

So my idea is to mount all the horsey type people on cold ones, but without the front legs, maybe extend the necks and tails.
For the dragon princes I'm thinking of using the dragon prince heads, bodies and lances.
For the silver helms, silver helm/archer heads then cold one knight bodies and lances.
Still thinking about the reavers. Might use corsair bits...

As for the skycutter, was thinking of converting a cold one to fly with the dark peg wings.
Then to do the same for the guy on an eagle.

The question is then what to do with the dragons.
With the whole cold one theme I could use the carnosaur, could use the dragon kit (as I know it well  ) or maybe something else. The winged nazgul was always on the table.

So what's people's thought? will be ordering a few bits from My Ol soon, just need to get a list down 1st so I know what to buy!

My High Elves are on the rise too, like a Phoenix themselves!

And I'm only going to say this once, but why not use the normal model to represent it - ie. a Sky Cutter to be a Sky Cutter? Just saying!

If you google "dragonmaster dragon" there's an image result that shows it in scale to a high elf warrior, looks about right to replace the birdy and is much more sinewy/agile looking than the Cold One.
