Chieftain of the Crooked Moon tribe and most powerful Night Goblin Warlord in the whole of the Worlds Edge Mountains, Skarsnik is infamous amongst the greenskin race for his astonishing sneakiness. His remarkable cunning allows him to constantly lure his foes into traps, and he is always accompanied to battle by his enormous and voracious squig, Gobbla. Skarsnik provokes the ire of his ferocious pet with his horrifying Prodder, a pointy implement imbued with the bitter curses of the Night Goblin Shamans. With it, he's capable of redirecting the greenskins' concentrated malice back at his attackers.

Welcome back to the Warhammer: Invasion The Card Game weekly spotlight! The Twin Tailed Comet, the third Battle Pack in The Morrslieb Cycle for Warhammer: Invasion The Card Game, will be on store shelves next week. Last time, we saw the power of the neutral support card Light of Morrslieb, as well as its synergy with faction-specific units like True Mage and Bloodcall Sorceress. Today, let's turn out attention to the craftiest of the greenskins, the goblins.

Get 'em, Gobbla!

Skarsnik and Gobbla is a four-cost hero that, like Ugrok Beardburna, continues the Orc faction's proud tradition of profiting from their own damage. When used with cards that allow an Orc player to damage himself (such as Followers of Mork, for example), Skarsnik provides a crafty way to cir!@%$#%@vent an opponents defenses and go right for a weakened zone.

One challenge for Skarsnik, of course, is walking the tightrope between life and death. With only four hit points, ac!@%$#%@ulating the three damage tokens he needs for his action is a risky proposition. Whenever possible, bolster his defensive capabilities with toughness, or send a few extra hit points his way with a support card like Scrap Heap.

Look for The Twin Tailed Comet on store shelves in about a week, and keep checking back for more on Warhammer: Invasion The Card Game!
