Huh. Well how about that!

Bases with dials in them, operation stacks, snake movement sticks... just when you think that FFG has exhausted it's supply of knick-knacks!

Answers the question on what they were going to do with bigger ships nicely!

Looking forward to being able to fly some Star Destroyers!  :vader:

Wow, the scope for this game will be enormous. I've been waiting for a SW capital ships game for decades, Star Wars miniature starship battles was awful (not to mention randomised miniatures)

This looks amazing and given their (FFGs) ability to balance games with deceptively simple rules but deep strategy, this should be the game I've been waiting for!

Now how to break it to the Mrs (and find somewhere to store it all).

Haha yes - I'm moving to a new flat in Oct (will be closer to the club as I'll be in Balham/Tooting Bec). I'm hoping this is playable on 3 x 3 or 4 x 4, so we can use the same mats as for X-Wing. I may be able to put one of those in my new kitchen!

I doubt it's going to be any bigger than 3x3.
