The chappie doing it does look a little like a baddie from Star Trek, also one has to question when there are so many shots of him rather than what he is talking about. I think we have found the worlds only narcissist prepared to wear brown and beige velour!

He goes on a lot. I seem to recall that the blue foam is difficult to get hold of in the UK in the kind of smaller volumes wargamers would need and he still needs to use bigger brushes. But I am just nit picking these are good tutorials and he makes some good points about paint, knives and whatnot, keep posting them up!

Yes, sorry, I notice my earlier post was rather disparaging and perhaps not picking up on the fact that there are some good tips and techniques in there.

There's something strangely hypnotic about the video. Not sure if its the background music or not! Definitely a nice looking hill though, and some good tips.

it's a blend of icing sugar and green cornflakes.

or....

it's 3 coloured sands, green flock, static grass and small rocks (and bob the marauder).

Nah, just place it in the middle of the board when doing random terrain placement.

it's flat at the back for butting up to the edge, but that might change.....
